Sanjay Rajan
Sanjay Rajan has 16 years' experience in global business transformation, strategy development and management consulting. His international experience spans nine countries and five continents and covers a broad range of industries: information services, media, telecom, aerospace, consumer products, engineering, health care, government and finance.
As a business executive with firms such as IBM Global Business Systems and Accenture, Sanjay led crossâfunctional, crossâcultural teams to drive sales, develop new business and deliver effective services while controlling capital expenditures and redefining operational procedures.
Recently, Sanjay has worked with Hawthorne Consultants as a project manager on a whole-system change effort at Rocky Mountain Institute. In this role, he has supported internal teams to refine RMI’s new strategy and improve its operational effectiveness.
As an active sustainability steward in Colorado, Sanjay has held leadership roles with organizations such as Newlands Greenlands, Transition Colorado Neighborhood Initiative and Colorado Fourteeners Initiative.
